REFUND/RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and Motion Athletics does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, customers can contact Supreme's customer service team within 14 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

If the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect item, they must provide evidence to support their claim, such as photographs of the item. Once the claim is approved, Motion Athletics will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or exchange.

Motion Athletic offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the order for products that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, customers can contact the (customer support) from which they purchased the product or Off-White's customer service team. The customer will then receive instructions on how to return the product.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Motion Athletics will issue a refund to the customer's original form of payment. It's important to note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
