Credit Terms & Return Policy

DELIVERY: If order is placed by 4:30 PM EST in stock items will ship.

TERMS: Net 30 days subject to credit and Motion Athletic territory representative approval. Charges for shipping are included on invoice unless account request 3rd party shipping.

PAST DUE INVOICES: Will be assessed a 2% late fee per month (24% yearly rate).

PRICING: Due to market changes, Motion Athletic reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion at any time.

RETURNS: All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can obtain one by calling our customer service at 1-877-636-2358. Make sure the packing list is with your returned merchandise.

ORDER PLACEMENT: Orders may only be submitted by Motion Athletic authorized dealers exclusively. Orders may be placed by phone, fax or through our Motion Athletic web site.

TERMINATION: Motion athletic reserves the right to terminate accounts credit to purchase goods at any time at Motion Athletic's sole discretion.
